The premises are let on long-term leases to IU International University and the Munich Adult Education Centre (MVHS). Both organisations offer a wide range of educational programmes, ranging from academic education and vocational training to language and integration courses. The long-term leases to established educational institutions ensure sustainable use of the premises and a high degree of stability for the site.
What we do
As part of our property management services, we are responsible for the operational management and profit-oriented administration of the property. This includes the day-to-day support of tenants, commercial and technical management, reporting, controlling, and the implementation of the property strategy set out by the owner. Through the close integration of planning, management and risk management, we ensure the long-term preservation of the property’s value and create optimal conditions for the educational users at the site.
