From barracks to student accommodation

Unlike Anton Chekhov’s play of the same name, the ‘Three Siblings’ building complex in Herford tells the story of a successful transformation. Following a comprehensive refurbishment based on plans by Astoc Architects, the former barracks of the British Rhine Army have been transformed into accommodation for a total of 364 students at the Herford Education Campus.
